Is Jigglypuff any better in the later Pokemon games?

I have Pokemon Crystal, and Jigglypuff is my favourite Pokemon, although it's kind of weak. In the later games (the DS games, preferably), is Jigglypuff better or worse?|||Jigglypuff and Wigglytuff both got new toys (aka moves) to play with in the new generation of Pokemon. I have a soft spot for the pink diva and I can honestly say that you won't be disappointed.|||Jigglypuff is far better in the later games. It has one of the highest Hp stats in the games.|||No change, really. It's still jiggly...... and pink...... and weak..... and annoying.|||Jigglypuff gets a little better. WIGGLYTUFF get's worse compared to the rest of the pokemon
